About Sutrix
Sutrix turns messy data from EHRs, clinical notes, wearables, and surveys into clean, study-ready datasets allowing healthcare research teams to deliver tailored patient care faster. Before a clinical study can start, research staff spend weeks pulling patient data from disconnected systems like the EHR, REDCap, and wearable platforms, reading notes chart by chart, and reconciling conflicting entries in spreadsheets. Sutrix automates that work by deploying AI systems within each team’s own environment, linking patient records across sources, applying the study's rules, and flagging unclear cases for staff to review. Paying research teams at 10+ institutions cut data prep by 80% going from months per study to weeks. We're brothers who've built together for 4 years. We first solved this problem doing forward-deployed work at HSS, where we built an injury surveillance system now used by 700+ teams. Ritvik's clinical research at HSS and Emory showed us every research team has the same bottleneck. Supratik previously founded Kairo (a16z Speedrun, exited) and built production AI agents at Amazon.
